Vegetable Heaven is Catherine Mason's second vegetarian cookery book, with illustrations by Elda Abramson (Catherine's first book, VEG, was described by Nigel Slater as ‘bold, sassy, sophisticated cooking’).

The hardback edition was originally was published in August 2002 by Pauntley Press, the publishing imprint of Ford & Mason Ltd. It received much critical aclaim and sold out early in 2005.

In 2006 Grub Street Publishing bought the rights to a paperback edition, which was published in June 2006 at £12.99.
